The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 51(FIN) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 33 NAYS: 7 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Barnes, Berkowitz, Brice, Bunde, Coghill, Cowdery, Davis, Dyson, Foster, Green, Grussendorf, Halcro, Harris, Hudson, James, Joule, Kohring, Kookesh, Kott, Masek, Morgan, Moses, Mulder, Murkowski, Ogan, Phillips, Porter, Rokeberg, Sanders, Therriault, Whitaker, Williams Nays: Cissna, Croft, Davies, Kapsner, Kemplen, Kerttula, Smalley And so, CSHB 51(FIN) passed the House. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Berkowitz gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on CSHB 51(FIN).
